Front of House Manager

Purpose
The Front of House Manager will be responsible for day to day profitable operation of bar and restaurant areas: managing stocks minimising wastage, dealing with suppliers, recruitment and training of staff, delivering consistent high quality service to give high customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
Profitable operation of the provision of drinks. Ensuring minimum shrinkage.
Ensuring staff maintain the highest standards of customer service by training and example
Ensuring high standards of presentation are maintained both inside and outside of the premises
Dealing with suppliers and managing stocks
Determine stocking lists and pricing to achieve the desired GPs in conjunction with the Directors.
Ensuring customers are welcomed and are able to enjoy their experience.
Recruitment of staff.
Devising and maintaining staff rotas to minimise costs whilst maintaining high levels of service
Hold the licence

Experience Required
Successful candidates will have wide experience in a number of jobs and will feel the desire to move on to a position of greater responsibility in charge of his/her operation; in particular he or she will:
Have had extensive experience in the Hospitality Industry.
Enjoy dealing with people, both sober and difficult.
Will be passionate about quality and service.
Have knowledge of the various drink categories.
